Privacy Policy
This page explains what data we collect through flairnex.com, why, and what rights you have.
Who handles your data
Maurizio Ianniello, data controller. For any question: [email protected].
What we collect
- When you write to us: your name, email and what you are interested in, which we need to reply. Company, sector and message only if you choose to add them.
- When you book a call: the details you enter in the booking.
- When you visit the site: technical connection data, such as your IP address, which the hosting provider processes to run and protect the site.
Please don’t put sensitive data in your message, such as health information.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To reply and arrange the call: you ask us to, before any agreement.
- If you write on behalf of a company: our interest in answering the enquiries we receive.
- If you become a client: our legal obligations, such as tax rules.
We don’t use your data for advertising, we don’t sell it, and we don’t make automated decisions about you.
Where your data goes
The site runs on a hosting service, which sees the technical data of your visit. Messages from the form go through an email delivery service and arrive in our inbox. Calls are booked on an external platform, which has its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
As long as it takes to handle your request. If no collaboration follows, we delete everything within 12 months of the last contact. If you become a client, tax records are kept for the 10 years required by Italian law.
Cookies
The site uses no profiling cookies and no tracking tools. The hosting provider may use technical cookies to protect the site.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to [email protected]: we reply within a month. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
If you become a client
Data from the calls handled by the voice agent is covered by a separate data processing agreement, signed before we start.
